How long does shipping take within Ontario?
Most orders within Ontario are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive via standard shipping in 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy for pickleball paddles?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused paddles in their original packaging. Please note that paddles with the plastic wrap removed from the handle are not eligible for return.
Do you offer local pickup for students of the Academy?
Yes! If you are attending a session at the Ontario Pickleball Academy, you can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout to collect your gear directly from your instructor.
Are the paddles you sell USAPA approved?
Yes, the majority of the paddles in our Pro Shop are USAPA approved for tournament play. Please check the individual product descriptions for specific certification details.

Do you provide bulk discounts for clubs or teams?
