Returns & Exchanges

At Ontario Pickleball Academy Pro Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your receipt.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our pro shop team inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
